Celebrity Yachting Ltd. is currently comprised of three yacht building operations. Celebrity Yachting Ltd. (Rayong, Thailand), Dalian Songliao~Celebrity Marine Co. Ltd (Dalian, China ) and Zhuhai ~Celebrity Marine Co. Ltd. (Zhuhai, China).

Celebrity Yachting Ltd. is part of a larger group of companies that is involved in aviation, hospitality and other leisure activities.

The current and planned product line of Celebrity Yachts ranges from 20 foot sport runabouts to 180 foot wave piercing trimarans and more.

Because of the location of the Celebrity Yachting shipyards, at present, exclusively in the far east, strategically the marketing thrust has been toward the burgeoning Chinese market. A number of yachts with household names, such as Cheoy Lee, are currently being produced in China and Celebrity is undertaking a plan of expansion and worldwide distribution.

The Rayong site encompasses 160,000 sq. ft. and expansion is underway. The Dalian joint venture now is currently 150,000 sq. ft. and a "Shipyard City" design has just been submitted for approval that should grow the project to 2.1M sq. ft. Zhuhai is on a 1M sq. ft. plot that recently opened 50,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing growing to 150,000 the end of 2008. Ultimately a fully built out site of 300,000 sq. ft. will produce Celebrity yachts and other OEM projects.

Celebrity's chief production manager was project manager for the construction of the fleet of 68 ft. Clipper identical racing sloops built in Shanghai and commissioned by a European Round the World Race Organization. Celebrity's chief designer won a Showboats International Award for designing Asian Lady. The western influence of the engineering and design talent together with the expertise of the Chinese and Thai national engineers makes Celebrity ideally positioned to become a driving force in international yacht manufacturing.
